If you have previously applied for service with FCCPT, and do not remember your file number or are experiencing difficulty logging in, please contact us by email at help@fccpt.org or call us.
The FCCPT Call Center (703-684-8406) will be available Monday through Friday from 10:30AM to 12 noon(EST) and from 3:30- 5:00PM(EST). Do not create a new file, unless you have never applied for service from FCCPT before.


Any specific information that you provide while requesting services will be kept confidential by FCCPT. The information will be used to the extent neccesary to deliver the service that you requested and in FCCPT's quality assurance programs. We do not sell your personal information and for your protection, we do not maintain credit card numbers in our database. Once the card has been processed, all reference to the number is removed.
